      Problem Definition

      Having Connectivity and Processing Logs only to be observed at UI makes it difficult for support team to check them.
      Also it is strange for customer to provide screenshot of logs along with attaching support.zip

      Suggested Solution

      Per JSD-2412, Service Desk needs to create incoming mail log file even if there is no mail handler in JIRA core along with Connectivity and Processing logs.
