Description
NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding bug report.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Service Desk login page (i.e https://<instance>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/user/login?)
- Click on Forgotten your password
- Enter any random entry in Username field
Current Result
Service Desk will display the reset was successful.
Expected Result
Service Desk should display the an error message for any event that the password could not be reset. i.e user doesn't exist, the entry is incorrect
