When integrating a mail handler to create new tickets in a Service Desk Project with required fields, a user will see the message below:
As a JIRA Service Desk administrator, I would like to have the option use the 'Required field' validation only when creating a ticket in the Customer Portal, and still have the possibility to add a mail handler to this project, where new tickets created through email would have a default value for required fields, as JIRA do today when creating new issues through email.
