Problem statement:
Not visible feedback for Required input field.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open ServiceDesk
2. Select Settings Tab
3. Under Get IT help select Edit Fields
4. Add any new field with Required - Yes
5. Go to Customer Portal on the ServiceDesk homepage and select Get IT help
Current/Actual behavior:
All required fields are expected to be required with no disclaimer or pre-indicator.
Expected/Suggested Behavior:
All required fields are expected to be required AND labeled with red asterisk next to the corresponding field.
Required field displays red asterisks or other interface indicator for better user experience.

Thank you for previously raising this feature request and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented.
