Description
Summary
Email requests setting doesn't accept dash '-' in email address. JIRA Service Desk will throw below error:
Failed to establish connection to the Atlassian Cloud mail store

Steps to reproduce
- Create a Service Desk project
- Go to its Settings in SD
- Turn on email requests
- Put an email address e.g. support-bs to set a new mail box
- Error will be thrown
- Put something like support.bs and it will work fine
