      Email requests setting doesn't accept dash '-' in email address. JIRA Service Desk will throw below error:

      Failed to establish connection to the Atlassian Cloud mail store

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a Service Desk project
      2. Go to its Settings in SD
      3. Turn on email requests
      4. Put an email address e.g. support-bs to set a new mail box
      5. Error will be thrown
      6. Put something like support.bs and it will work fine
