CSV importer reports no error for wrong Project Key format

When a user imports a CSV file specifying project name and key, the import completes with no errors although the project key format is incorrect. When those imported isseus are then viewed an error message appears 'PROJECT DOES NOT EXIST'

• User used numeric numbers as project keys.
• CSV import was trialed using import methods:

• Import issues into a new project
• Project information contained in CSV file
