Lead developer should be changed to project lead in the workflow.

      Summary

      In JIRA 3.3.2 Lead developer was changed to project lead. However it was never changed in the workflows.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click post function on a workflow
      2. You will see the option for assign to lead developer which was changed to project lead in the project UI on JRA-7925

      Expected Results

      Workflow post function would reflect assign to project lead.

      Actual Results

      It says lead developer instead of project lead.
