Regression: "Lead Developer" should be "Project Lead"

      The same problem in JRA-7925 still happens.

      Summary

      In JIRA 3.3.2 Lead developer was changed to Project lead. However it was never changed in the workflows.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click post function on a workflow
      2. You will see the option for assign to lead developer which was changed to project lead in the project UI on JRA-7925

      Expected Results

      Workflow post function would reflect assign to project lead.

      Actual Results

      It says lead developer instead of project lead.
