Assign ticket feature

hello,

currently when trying to assign a ticket to a person, you need to go through the drop down menu list of the people. can we not have also there on the side, the names of the participants? so that you can click them to assign to them the issue? this will be much faster when it comes to dealing with lots and lots of tickets to assign back.
