When creating a project from CSV wizard the project key is not validated agains the regexp defined in jira.projectkey.pattern in jira-application.properties.

Once you have a project with an invalid key all sorts of things go wrong (such as being unable to browse issues in the project).

The CSV ConfigureCsvMapping needs to validate the project key to stop this from happening.
