Strip trailing whitespace from email address (and username) on entry

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Trailing whitespace can cause a lot of confusion in both the email address (mail handlers will not be able to find users/reporters) and usernames (people struggle to log in.

      Trailing whitespace should be considered a mistake and be trimmed.
