      Portal-only users can be mentioned using (@), added as Watchers and set as Reporter in Software projects.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a user with restricted portal access
      2. Create a Software project.
      3. Create a issue using any type of Issue Type
      4. Try mention the user and add it as watcher.

      Expected Results

      • Portal-only users should not appear on the picker list when using mentions and watcher options. They are appearing as follow the screenshots below:

      Actual Results

      Portal-only users can be mentioned in Software projects.

      Notes

      It does not make sense mention and add Portal-only users as a watcher in a Software because they do not have access to it.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround.
