Summary
Issue that is being updated (adding comment) via email is creating a text.html attachment to the issue (and an Issue Updated event).
Environment
- MAC Outlook Client
- Exchange Server for incoming and outgoing mails.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ticket in JIRA, doesn't matter using UI or email.
- Update the ticket via email.
- Observe that there will be text.html attachment.
Expected Results
The issue is being commented without text.html attachment
Actual Results
The issue is being commented with text.html attachment

This seems like its all coming from the mail client.
Workaround
- Send email from MAC Outlook Client on plain TEXT format.
- Send email from MAC Outlook Client on plain HTML format with the option 'Preferred encoding for new messages' unchecked in Outlook Composing Configuration.
