I would love to be able to select multiple issues and have a right click option to link them all with the same relationship (ie: related, duplicates).

The relationship links are really valuable but don't always happen since it takes so many clicks to make happen, and can be a slow process. More often, developers will comment with the related issue ID because it's faster however then we miss out on the tracking/transparency/organization benefits of an actual link.
