Mention replies should work like JIRA notification replies

      When you mention an user on an issue, JIRA sends a different notification, where the reply-to header is not the account configured in JIRA's Outgoing mail.

      This can lead to confusion, when one user mentions another on an issue, the reply by mail should update the JIRA issue.
