Calculating the correct version for diffs doesn't work for perforce

    Description

      Bamboo generates its links to FIsheye using the following fomat.

      https://svn.atlassian.com/privateeye/viewrep/private/atlassian/bamboo/trunk/pom.xml?content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup&root=&r1=59102&r2=59103

      For SVN and CVS, Fisheye is smart enough to realise that 59102 doesn't exist and finds the time before that the file was changed and displays the diff for that instead. This doesn't seem to be working for Perforce.
