certificateTimeout isn't saved to config.xml

      This means that you can't restart Fisheye after adding a trusted application. The workaround is to manually edit your config.xml file after stopping fisheye, adding

      <certificateTimeout>1000</certificateTimeout>

      inside each <trustedApplication> element.
