    • None
    • Environment:

      java version "1.6.0_01"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_01-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0_01-b06, mixed mode, sharing)
      Ubuntu Linux

I have configured a trusted application (JIRA), which works properly until Fisheye needs to be restarted.

At the moment Fisheye is restarted, the configuration file can no longer be parsed, because there seem to be missing document elements:

      INFO - FishEye 1.4.2 (build-267), Built on 2008-01-14
      ERROR - Errors parsing /opt/fisheye/config.xml:
ERROR - in file:/opt/fisheye/config.xml at line 25082: Expected element 'certificateTimeout@http://www.cenqua.com/fisheye/config-1' before the end of the content in element trustedApplication@http://www.cenqua.com/fisheye/config-1
Problem with config file: Error parsing config file (see logs): /opt/fisheye/config.xml

This is a huge blocker, because every time Fisheye is restarted, the trusted application needs to be re-configured.
