Issue Summary
Option to add troubleshooting article disappears from Confluence UI after clicking on create option
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page using Troubleshooting article template and publish the page.
- Being on the template page, click on Add troubleshooting article option to create a new page.
- Close the window without creating a new page
Expected Results
Add troubleshooting option should be visible on Confluence template page
Actual Results
Add troubleshooting option disappears from Confluence template page
Workaround
Refresh the page again and Add troubleshooting option appears on the main template page
