Configuration to restrict trackback pings only to pages accessible by anonymous users

    Description

      The problem is that if the page is secured its title and excerpt should not be seen by people that cannot access the page. However, some users take advantage of this, as security is not a huge issue for them. Rather than only sending trackback pings out for non-secure pages, there shold be 3 options for trackback:

      1. All Pages
      2. Public Only
      3. Off
