Let administrator specify a white-list of allowed referrer/trackback domains

    Description

      It would be nice to specify a list of inclusive referrers. It sounds counter intuitive, but I'm only interested in linking from sites that I manage in an intranet. I have a Jira deployment and want referrers from that site and that site only.

      This should apply to trackbacks as well. I only want pings from my internal applications.
