    Description

      Confluence's sitemesh filter applies only to certain paths, it limits standard plugin decoration functionality.
      There are also sitemesh exclusions(noop decorators) defined in decorators.xml file. In particular {{/plugins/* }} is excluded.

      Ideally we want all plugin generated content to go through the filter so that it can be decorated if needed.
