Description
Summary
After generating a backup in Confluence Cloud, if the backup file is huge, the download may fail randomly.
Steps to Reproduce
- Generate a backup in Cloud.
- Download the backup file
Expected Results
The download should proceed until it finishes.
Actual Results
The download will end randomly and the backup file size is not downloaded fully.
The download dies before completing. Sometimes it looks like it finished successfully as it doesn't through an error in the browser while downloading but the download file isn't complete.
Error message thrown by the browser when the backup fails
{ error: { code: "JwtAuthoriser:TokenExpiredError", title: "Token verification failed: jwt expired", href: "https://media-api.atlassian.io#UnauthorizedError" } }
Workaround
Use the Google Chrome browser to perform the download (instead of Internet Explorer or FireFox or whatever else you're using)
Please let us know if the workaround does not work.
