- In the wake of recent events we should use the actual "Display Name" from https://id.atlassian.com/profile/profile.action – it currently doesn't
- However, when the Display Name hasn't been filled in at Atlassian ID, we should default to "FirstName LastName [CompanyName]"
- The user URL should also be based on the display name if that has been set, to provide better anonymity. See: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ANSWERS-1051
