Provide a new "jira project" macro parameter option

      I am creating custom macros that require getting information associated to a JIRA project. For this, the user needs to select the JIRA Project.

      Please create a new macro parameter option type of "jiraproject" that displays an autocomplete field for searching JIRA projects.

      For this scenario, the user would need to select the server first. Therefore, CONF-37572 would be handy.
