Provide a new "server" macro parameter option type

      I am creating custom macros that require connecting to application link servers. For this, the user needs to select the Server to connect to.

      Please create a new macro parameter option type of "server" that displays a select field with a list of application link names and applinkIds as values.

      Note: Some macros require the user to select a JIRA project (CONF-37573), other macros do NOT need the JIRA project.
