Deleting a version of a versioned attachment

      As a User,
      in order to be able to delete changed accidentally uploaded attachments that are versioned
      I want to be able to delete a specific version (and set back the version number accordingly) if there is no newer version uploaded already.

      Acceptance criteria

      • I can delete an attachment version
      • I can not delete an attachment version if a newer already exists.
