Show the Number of Licensed Users in the License Details page Despite having Unlimited User License

      Some of our customers need to check how many licensed users that they have in their instance, and they can't do that if they use Unlimited License in their instance. Invoking the countUsersWithConfluenceAccess() method through Remote API is too troublesome to get around this, and SQL queries to check this do not really work if the user has Nested Groups 2 to 3 levels deep.
