      This is the scenario for the observed behavior:

      1. create a page A with user A
      2. create a page B with user B
      3. add a link to page A in page B as user B
      4. change the title of page A as user A
        • Confluence updates the link to page A in page B
        • Confluence updates the last modifier of page B to user A
