When choosing excerpt=true on contentbylabel macro, should display excerpt even if the page doesn't have an excerpt macro

      When searching eac for a page, the results displays excerpts of the page results even if there are not excerpt macros on the pages.

      For the contentbylabel macro, the excerpt=true parameter only displays excerpts for pages that have the excerpt macros.

      Similar to the search results, we should display excerpts for all pages even if they don't have the excerpt macro.
