Issue Summary
When adding a note to an alert via Microsoft teams, multibyte characters are ignored. Currently what is happening is that "hiragana" characters are being ignored whilst "kanji" characters are able to be posted to Microsoft Teams and then forwarded via "add note" to the alert itself.
Steps to Reproduce
- Using a Microsoft Team integration, add a note to an alert with multibyte characters. Tested the integration with the characters "Teams経由でNoteを追加するテスト".
- You will see in the alert itself the multibyte characters are ignored.
Expected Results
For all characters to be present inside of the alert and not be truncated.
Actual Results
Attached are example of screenshots of this behaviour. I copied and pasted a whole bunch of kanji characters towards the end and as you can see in Teams and "add note", they are not present.
Workaround
Hiragana can still be posted directly into the "add note" section of an alert. Alternatively, if able to write in kanji specifically it should still post.
