Issue Summary

After performing a site rename, the old name will still displaying as the Connection of existing and new Jira (JSM, JSW) integrations. Since the option is greyed out, it isn't possible to modify the value.

The integrations should still work as expected, despite the fact that it displays the old URL.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change your site name with site rename
2. Access Opsgenie and initiate an integration
3. Select Jira Service Management Cloud

Expected Results

The new site URL should display in the Connection field.

Actual Results

To old URL still displays in the Connection field, and it isn't possible to change.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
