Problem

      JSM can no longer connect to Confluence KB after Conlfunce is set to Read-only mode

      Environment

      • JSM DC 5.12.4
      • Confluence DC 8.5.6

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JSM instance and connect to a Confluence KB
      2. Change Confluence to Read-only mode:

      Expected Results

      JSM should still be able to connect to Confluence

      Actual Results

      JSM can't connect to Confluence once Confluence is set to Read-only:

      Workaround

      Manually upgrade the Knowledge base plugin on Confluence using one of the attached obr files. No restart is required. 

      Please be mindful about the compatibility of the plugin with different Confluence versions. Check the version of Confluence Knowledge Base Blueprints Plugin before proceeding. Only upgrade the plugin with the same minor release version, that is:

      No other versions are supported by this fix - an upgrade of Confluence will be required.
