Issue Summary
When clicking Text Style (formatting) a rich text field (such as Description or comment) , it will show English options though the profile language is Japanese/French or any other language..
This problem happens in JSM 5.12.5, but it is not reproduced in JSM 5.4.5.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Confirm your profile is in Japanese/French
- Create a request from portal
- In Description(Detail) fled, click format to show options
Expected Results
It should show in Japanese, like ノーマルテキスト、見たし１、見たし２...
Actual Results
It should show in English, like Normal text, Heading 1, Heading 2 ...
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
