The Process results tab shows details of import processes, including the result, start and end time, execution time etc. A status of the result called OBJECT_TYPE_ERRORS can be seen if one or more object types encountered errors during the import. However, users are not able to find elaborated errors even if they click to see the details of the process, as the detailed error message can only be found in the insight_import.log located in Jira's home directory.

It'd be more efficient for all users that could access the Process results page to be able to get more information about the errors from the UI instead of relying on admins to provide the information from the log file.
