Issue Summary
SLA on the UI shows MET & completed but while using the JQL SLA function breached() ticket still appears in the results.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the ticket in the issue navigator or filter view.
- Run the JQL: Key = ABC-123 and 'Time to Resolution' = Breached()
Expected Results
The ticket should not appear in the results, as the SLA is marked Met and Completed on the UI.
Actual Results
The ticket appears in the filter view, despite the SLA being met.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
