Request Type name is not in the Agent's locale set rather appears in the project's default language

      Issue Summary

      When an Agent whose locale settings are set as English views the ticket, the Request Type field drop down shows the names in French instead of English picking up the Project Default language.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure a project with default language set as French and add another language English(US).
      2. Set up your profile language as anything other than the default product language
      3. View the ticket in the agent view and try to change the Request Type. The dropdown shows all options in French and choosing it and refreshing the page shows the selected choice in English

      Expected Results

      The dropdown shows all options in French and choosing it and refreshing the page shows the selected choice in English

      Actual Results

      The dropdown lists the options in the user's locale set.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
