Issue Summary

Error shows up when trying to set SLA goals in the format of minutes with Finnish language. 

Issue don't show when English is set from the Browser's personal settings. The moment Suomi is set from the same location and Finnish from the Language support. 

Seeing the error: 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Language Support as Finnish (default)
2. Set browser's personal language as Suomi. 
3. Get to SLA, click on edit and try to edit the goals with 30 min, 30 m, 1 h 30 m, 1 hour 30 mins and all other combinations. 
4. It shows the error and we are unable to save it (same error) 
5. Changing the language to English or Deutsch it works and gets saved 1h 30m and German 1 Std. 30 Min. 
6. On changing the language to Finnish it changes to 1h 30kk > Here kk means months in Finnish. 

Expected Results

The translation should work correctly and changing the language to Finnish should also support while changing the SLA's goals. 

Actual Results

The translation is not correctly working in the case of the Finnish language and it always errors out when trying to edit the goals and save with minutes.  

Workaround

Edit the SLA goal using English language to avoid the error while saving.
