Problem Description
Currently chat doesn't support Date Time picker while raising requests from Slack as mentioned in our support article here.
Why this is important?
This is important as we have Change requests that have a scheduled date and time. Inability to provide time while creating issue leads to vagueness.
Workaround (if any)
Agents will have to manually update the time once the request is received by the reporter.
