Issue Summary
Translation of Requests form on topic in portal refer language setting on browser instead of language on user account preferences.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set translation to Request type Manage translations for custom content (ex. Japanese)
- Go to portal
- Click 'Customize' → 'Edit home page layout' → 'Create topic'
- Select one of Request forms and add it to topic
- Click 'Done' to save the topic
- Open the topic
- Switch the language on user account preferences (English) / (Japanese)
- Switch browser language setting (English) / (Japanese)
- It doesn't refer the language setting on account but refers browser language setting.
Expected Results
Request type display with translations based on personal preferences language
Actual Results
Request type display with translations based on browser language setting
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
