Request Type Configuration: Add the ability to display the form between Jira fields

      Update 24 August 2022

      We are currently exploring different options for how to consolidate the form builder and the request type field configuration experience. These options would eliminate the need the to solve this particular issue. Any changes for this are unlikely to be release before 1 April 2023 at the earliest.

      We are also working on building out support for most Jira fields, so that you can build the entire intake form using just Forms.

      Problem Description

      Forms are always displayed on the bottom on the create issue pages (Jira or Portal) so fields like 'Attachments' are never displayed on bottom.
