Issue Summary

Slack notifications configured for page creation operations via space settings intermittently fail to trigger. Despite enabling notifications for "Add page" or "Adds a child page" within space settings, notifications are inconsistently received in the designated Slack channel.

• For pages where notifications are triggered, the events are created under confluenceHooks.pages.Created.sent for the Chats integration app.
• There is no discernible pattern to the occurrence of the issue; it happens randomly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure Slack notifications for page creation: Space Settings -> Slack Notifications -> Link to Slack Workspace/Channel -> Enable notifications for 'Add page' or 'Adds a child page'.
2. Add pages within the space.
3. Observe Slack channel for notifications.

Expected Results

Slack notifications should be consistently triggered for all page creation events.

Actual Results

 Notifications are intermittently received in the Slack channel. Some pages trigger notifications while others don't.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
