Issue Summary

When selecting the "Send via Direct message..." option to send a Slack notification through the Slack Power-Up, the "No users found" message is returned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Slack Power-Up to a board
2. Go to any card and select the Slack Power-Up
3. Click "Send via Direct message..."

The "No users found" message is returned:

Workaround

Users can try going to the Slack Power-Up settings to set up alerts to direct messages there: link to public article
