Issue Summary

The image alt text does not update according to the modification of the respective image name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the “Trello home” page.
2. Navigate > “Recent board space” and activate it, present in the “Recent boards” dropdown.
3. Will be directed to the respective page and navigate “Your boards” section > activate any board.
4. Observe a modal dialog appears.
5. Navigate into the editor and insert an image into it.
6. Navigate onto the “attachment” section and change the name for the image.
7. Navigate to the “activity” section > activate “Show details” link.
8. Navigate onto the corresponding image and inspect the code.
9. Notice that the “alt” text is not updated as per the changes.

Actual Results

When changing the name of an image does not update the corresponding image alt text. Despite modifying the image file name, the alt text retains the default file name. This might create confusion and mislead the users of a screen reader, with regards to the updated changes of the image name.

Expected Results

Ensure changing the name of an image results in the corresponding image alt text automatically updating to reflect the modified image name. In this scenario, we would recommend you to implement a dynamic linkage between image names and alt text within the editor/view page. When a user modifies the name of an image, the associated alt text should be automatically updated to match the new image name.
In case the above solution is not feasible, then provide a mechanism to manually edit/rename the alt text for the image.
For instance, provide a “Edit alt text” button.
