User Problem
Currently, only billing receipts are sent to the registered billing contact. To retrieve invoices, the Workspace admin needs to go into the Workspace's billing page and manually download them. This can be time consuming.
Suggested Solutions
As well as sending billing receipts by email, send invoices by email to the billing contact listed in the Workspace billing page.
Current Workarounds
Go into the Workspace billing page and download the invoices manually.
