Issue Summary

If an automation has a failed action, the board activity feed will have a vague Action item in the log. When you refresh the page, that item no longer appears in the feed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an automation with an action that will fail (i.e. "when a card is added to the board, move the card to "X" list", where "X" list does not exist).
2. Trigger the automation
3. Notice failed action appears in board activity feed as Action
4. Refreshing the page, it disappears from the feed.

Expected Results

Failed automation actions don't appear in board activity feed as Action

Actual Results

Failed automation actions appear in board activity feed as Action

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. Refreshing the page will remove the Action logs.
