Issue Summary

Users are unable to add an attachment to from their computer via the modal in the editor.

Different behaviour observed in mulitple browsers:

• In Safari, users are unable to click on Upload from your computer. When doing so, it attaches an existing attachment to the card.
• In Chrome, nothing happens when you click on Upload from your computer. When testing, double-clicking on that button works.
• Unable to replicate the issue in Firefox, the Upload from your computer button is working as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a card that already has an attachment
2. Click on the description field or comment field to show the editor
3. Click on the image icon to add an attachment
   1. In Safari, notice that clicking Upload from your computer attaches an existing attachment to the card.
   2. In Chrome, notice nothing happens when clicking that button. Users may need to double-click.
   3. In Firefox, the button works as expected.

Expected Results

Users are able to add attachments via the Upload from your computer ** button in the editor modal.

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Workaround

In testing, Firefox appears to work as expected.
