Issue Summary

The screen for entering a card title when creating a card from a template is small.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a card template
2. Try to edit the title

Expected Results

The screen is displayed to fill the entire frame.

Actual Results

The screen is only displayed in about half of the frame.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
