Issue Summary
When updates are made to a Trello board via the web interface, these changes are not immediately reflected on the iOS app. This lack of synchronization can lead to outdated data being displayed on the app, requiring users to exit the board, restart the app, or clear the cache to see the correct, updated information.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a Trello board on the web and make a change (e.g., move a card to a different column or update a due date).
- Open the same board on the Trello iOS app.
- Observe the state of the board on the iOS app.
Expected Results
The iOS app should immediately reflect any changes made to the board on the web, showing the updated state of the board (e.g., the card should appear in the new column, and due dates should be updated).
Actual Results
The iOS app displays outdated data, such as cards appearing in their previous state or column, and due dates not being updated. This outdated information persists until the app is restarted, the board is exited and re-entered, or the app cache is cleared.
Workaround
- Exit the board and re-enter it within the app.
- Restart the Trello app completely.
- Clear the app cache to force a refresh of the data.
