Some Managed accounts can't invite board guests when invite restrictions are set to Managed Members Only

      Issue Summary

      Some managed accounts are not able to send board invites when the Workspace board invite restriction is set to "Managed Members Only - Only managed members can send or receive invitations to boards in this Workspace". They will only be able to send invites if they are managed and a Workspace member.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On a managed account, create a new Workspace in your enterprise
      2. Go to the Workspace Settings page and set the board invite restriction to "Managed Members Only"
      3. Create a new board and note that you can see a share button
      4. Go into the Workspace members' page and leave the Workspace
      5. Go back to the board and try to click the Share button

      Expected Results

      As I am a managed account, I expect to still be able to see the share button an invite users

      Actual Results

      The share button is no longer presented

      Workaround

      All Managed accounts who are guests on the board will need to be invited to the Workspace if they've got this invite restriction set.
